Neuqua’s Cross Country team has their first meet
Neuqua Valley High School’s Men’s Cross Country team sprinted into the year with their first meet at Neuqua Valley, entitled the EIU Coach Invitational, on Aug. 28, 2021. Invited schools included Harry D Jacobs High School, Bolingbrook High School, Downers Drove North High School, Highland Park High School and Plainfield North High School. The Varsity team ran three miles at 8:30a.m., while the freshmen and sophomores completed a 2.2 mile race the following hour. The Wildcats compete again at the Hornet-Red Devil Invite on Sept. 4, 2021.
