Celebrations commence for the Class of 2021
Hats off to the Class of 2021!
From beginning their year learning behind a screen to ending with an in-person graduation ceremony, Neuqua Valley High School’s Class of 2021 has seen it all. After months of uncertainty regarding whether or not they would have an in-person graduation, the seniors were informed in late February that they had the pleasure of being along for the ride of yet another unprecedented event in Neuqua’s history: a commencement ceremony hosted at Barb Barrows Stadium. The new alumni thus took to the stage yesterday, May 30, 2021, to receive their high school diplomas on the same football field they would visit with their friends on Fridays—this time having proud members of the community cheering them on from the stands and from their homes.
